This qualification reflects the role of individuals who generally work in a management position within an FM team and may include management responsibility for a single site or a larger portfolio.
Units: To achieve recognition at the Diploma level, the candidate
must demonstrate competency in eight of the common units, plus eight of the specialist units in the development, management and facilities

Duration: Candidates have a total of 3 years to complete the Diploma, however, based on a study commitment
of 6 to 8 hours a week, candidates are able to complete this in 18 - 20 months.
Accreditation: Candidates will receive Statement of
Attainments for each successful unit completion. Upon successful completion of the required 16 units, the CPP50507 Diploma of Property
Services (Asset and Facility Management) will be awarded.
Pathways: Candidates successfully completing the fmedge Diploma of Property
Services (Asset and Facility Management) may look forward to the opportunity of converting their diploma to a university degree. Articulation
arrangements are in place to make it even more convenient for you to further study at the university level. Credit transfer can reduce
the cost, time and number of subjects needed to complete a degree.
